arch/arm/boot/Image(我假设你说的Image指的是这个)是由vmlinux通过objcopy -O binary而来；
arch/arm/boot/zImage是由arch/arm/boot/compressed/vmlinux通过objcopy -O binary而来

关于这些东西的最好的解释是去看kernel的Makefile，找出它们是如何生成的。
