我也遇到了同样的问题！重新分区下载后，可以启动内核挂载yaffs2文件系统，但是重启以后就提示上面的错误信息，以后就再也起不来了。想请教一下？

内核在读取NAND Flash上的根文件系统所在分区时出现了ECC校验错误，无法读出数据，当然也就无法挂载分区里的保存的文件系统镜像。

那就必须搞清楚这个问题是如何产生的。一般来说，这大多是因为向NAND Flash中写入文件系统镜像时所用的ECC方式和内核读取文件系统镜像时所用的ECC方式(看起来是Software ECC)不匹配造成的。

这个问题曾困扰我好长时间，不能正常关机，只有关电，再开就出现好多坏块提示，会越来越多，最终就起不起来了。

我在此后试了两种方法解决：
1.就是网上说的比较多的方法，把NAND_SOFT_ECC换成NAND_NONE_ECC,但是这种方法虽然不会出现上面的问题，但是不可靠啊，于是选上了lets Yaffs do its own ecc,没有出现什么别的问题。
2.后来我试了使用勾选samsung s3c Nand Hardware ECC,也能解决这个问题，网上有的说一般是256M以上的大容量的Flash才使用HW_ECC，可我的这个是128M的。
我现在用的硬件ECC，因为对具体的ECC校验不太懂，所以对上面问题的不解还是想请教一下！

我也出现这问题。。回去试试楼主的办法..

选上了lets Yaffs do its own ecc,依然不行。。。
换成samsung s3c Nand Hardware ECC。。。问题解决了。。。
