名片管理系统2008 7.26 绿色版

此是壹款绿软，无需装配直接运行，系统由一个能运行文件(MyQuickOA_bc(连线机台控制器).exe(在操作系统可执行程序))与壹个数据库文件(bc(连线机台控制器).dat)合成。主要功能是管理手刺（或者日常通讯录），额外加上功能有记事管理、事项提醒、桌面日历、便签纪事、生辰提示等等。这部分功能的含碳有机集合，会使你的劳动愈发轻松快捷。

在手刺管理方面，可管理三只类别的名片：
1、公司手刺（只有企业单位的数据材料）
2、个人名片（只有个人的数据材料）
3、公司联络人名片（即拥有公司单位的记录材料且拥有企业联系人个人的数据材料）。
·手刺记录既能够表格方式展示，亦能够水平铺展的卡片式展示。
·手刺归类可以多层次的自在变换。
·程序也自定义了二类数字手刺格式，便利名片记录交换。

在纪事管理方面：
·能单个纪事，亦能针对某手刺纪事
·纪事内容能明文保存，也可安全加密存贮
·纪事记录可以图表方式显示，也可以水平铺展的卡片方法展示

在事项提醒管理方面：
·能单个配置提醒，也可针对某手刺设置提示
·提示记载能够图表式展示，也可以发行管道的方式显示
