 移植u-boot-1.3.2到mini2440的问题

参照网上的的步骤，移植 u-boot-1.3.2 到qq2440 ，自己编译了一个u-boot，通过supervivi烧写到nand flash 里面，从nand flash启动，串口无任何输出，各位大虾们知道是哪里出了问题吗？
