先说下情况吧，我做嵌入式linux开发应用，板子以前是可以正常启动的，但是在运行过程中，在ubuntu超级终端下经常显示：

觉得可能是flash坏了，但是并不太影响我的开发，也就没当回事。可是前几天，板子无缘无故就不能启动了。只有刷机了。关于刷机，刚买来时是可以刷的，只烧写superboot也能看到LED1在闪，可是这次，同样的情况，SD-Flasher显示烧写成功，放到板子上，切换到SD启动时，四个LED由微暗变为灭，超级终端显示：ID Err  Unknown NAND Mode, Halt...

注：我用的是光盘带的superboot，版本是superboot-20101117.bin，虽然版本很低，可是是光盘自带的啊！ 而且我以前曾经烧写成功过。 这次我换了两个读卡器，SD卡，XP，win7都试了。都是这种情况，由于之前曾经烧写成功，应该可以排除SD卡和读卡器的问题吧。
我又换了superboot版本，包括：superboot-20111114.bin，superboot-20110722.bin，superboot-20110826.bin，superboot-20110727.bin，superboot-6410.bin，用这些版本时的情况是：上电后，四个LED由微暗变为灭，同时触摸屏变暗。但是LED1 扔没有闪烁。超级终端显示：NAND Mode:00000000 Unknown NAND Mode,  Halt...

然后我用SD-flash直接烧写光盘自带的u-boot_sd-ram128.bin，超级终端显示：

我实在想不出其他的办法了，难道是flash坏了吗？烧写superboot失败，这个问题卡了我几天了，实在没辙，发帖求问，请版主和各位学友指导，赶紧不尽

先全部使用最新光盘软件试试，并对照我的签名链接把你的每一步信息详细列出。


有条理做事的简单方法：就是把按主题顺序把每一步用1,2,3,4标出，这样有助于分析和解决问题。

我现在只是想测试superboot，需要的软件只有SD-Flasher.exe 和 superboot吧，我用的你签名链接中的superboot，可还是不行，不知道你说的最新光盘软件是哪个日期版本，我在哪里可以下到？另外，感觉光盘带的版本虽然老，应该是测试过的吧，为什么不能用呢？

尽量使用Superboot，简单易用
u-boot功能很弱的，配置不同，版本又多，就很容易出问题了。
