mini2440开发板下载suppervivi-128M到NORFlash时出现的问题：
通过H-JTAG下载suppervivi-128M时，用最新版的H-JTAG驱动，否则H-Flasher的Flash Selection中没有SPANSION-S29AL016MB的选项。
1、选择SPANSION-S29AL016MB,
2、Configuation的Flash Start Address：0x00000000，RAM Start Address：0x30000000；
3、Init Scripts中load-H-Flasher——mini2440.hfc；
4、Programming中check到后，选择suppervivi-128M（下载后没反应换个新下载的版本试试）-Program，
5、下载成功后关闭电源，拔下H-JTAG小板，连接好串口线上电，打开超级终端，若没反应应检查1）串口线是否好用；2）suppervivi-128M是否不可用（多烧写几遍实在不可用的话换新版）。
