求助，我的mini2440出现故障

最近一直在调试我的毕业设计。我这几天都用U盘拷数据到mini2440上，直到昨天都没问题。今天下午再次拷数据，出现故障了。
mini2440都一直没法启动起来。
我就把液晶屏卸下来。然后重新分区，烧写vivi，内核和文件系统。
如果没有把液晶屏接上去，发现可以正常工作。一旦接上液晶屏就一直重启，不断重启。
Uncompressing linux。。。。。。。这个地方就重启。。

请问高手，这个怎么办呢？？

我把液晶屏插到另一块板上，没问题。
