MiniPE启动维护系统主要特色如下：
1、启动疾：内核文件仅仅 20.7 mb(一种储存单位，兆字节)，真实的迷你pe(可执行一种新的文件结构)，从系统开始读取 cdrom(电脑上使用的光碟) 算起，1分钟左右就可进到桌面。
2、内存要求低：在虚拟机中检测，极小启动内存为 100 MB，满足老机启动需求。
3、简便维护：利用单个提供的绿软（仅仅是简单加进光盘，并未集成入pe(可执行一种新的文件结构)软件菜单，以确保启动速度），完成第一基本的运维任务，囊括系统备份和还原、硬盘分盘和硬盘格式化、CMOS暗码清除、windows(微软公司视窗电脑操作系统)密码破译、系统诱导文件修正、虚拟光驱、硬盘镜像、光盘烧录、暂时公干、图画阅览、文件清理等等任务。且提供了很多技术性材料，为您的系统运维提供协助。
4、支持SATA硬盘、USB装置，勿支持计算机网络
5、支持vista(微软Windows操作系统的一个版本)装配（运行里边的补丁即可）
建议时入光盘应用。亦能载入U碟应用，但是和其他U碟版PE相同，启动速度相对减少。
