Bitrac 内测版本发布，Bitrac 是基于 asp(简单方便的编程工具).net(微软下一代的操作平台) 2.0 + sqlite(一款轻型的数据库) 的単用户博客程序，内置 URLRewrite 与网页打包功能，支持 MetaWeblogAPI，自写的 html(网页超文本标记语言) 模板发动机，方便修正风格，完全的数据可视化修整环境。现在是内部测试版本

装配关注：

一定要实信 iis(微软公司提供互联网信息服务) 里面配置网站使的是 asp(简单方便的编程工具).NET 2.0，还有即是一定记得修正 web(图形化的和易于导航).config(显示配置信息命令) 里 appSettings 微结内的关联内容。如若思把 blog(中文意思是网络日志) 安装在儿列表关注把 bin(汇编语言编译后的结果)，app(通用并行计算技术)_Data 列表与 Web.config(显示配置信息命令) 文件放在跟文件夹，不过勿推介装配到儿列表。另外关注主机的 iis(微软公司提供互联网信息服务) 配置问题，禁止挑选推断文件是不是存在，否则 URLRewrite 没办法应用。另外升级的时候最好可以在网站根目录下搭建壹个非无内容的文件 app_offline.htm(html网页文件扩展名)。如此马上会临时关闭网站，安全升级。
