Tiny6410+2GNandFlash SD卡启动U-boot识别不到Flash

我根据教程将光盘中自带的最新U-boot（2011-4-6）烧进SD卡当中，然后通过SD卡启动。总是打印出如下LOG：

用superboot启动时，串口输出菜单是什么？

我的也是同样的问题，按下复位键后输出为：（NAND(MLC2): 2048 MiB, RAM: 256 MiB）

你好，我试了一下u_boot_sd_ram256.bin,还是不行，而且我看了版本和我的光盘上的是一样的，version：3 1127，我编译了u-boot源代码，也不行。你看是什么原因？

那就有可能是官方已经更换了MLC的型号，而UBOOT还是老的型号，UBOOT并不提供官方支持的，这个可能得自已移植，或者换SLC
