 u-boot-2010.03-tekkaman nand flash

请问u-boot-2010.03-tekkaman可以使用mini2440 1G版的nand吗??
为啥我在u-boot 打指令 nand erase 0 30000,出现Erasing at 0xxxxxxxxxxxxx -- 0% complete
感觉就是没成功!!还是我的nand坏了??


还有我用openJtag送的u-boot 把u-boot烧到nand 然后重开机还是没出现u-boot   ,mini2440不能重nand开机吗??

来看，只要你的1G NAND Flash 型号是K9K8G08的，就可以支持，至少可以支持从NAND启动。

不要凭感觉，如果擦除成功了，这个区域的NAND Flash数据应该都是0xFF。1G的NAND Flash的每个block是128K大小，擦除的时候最好按block对齐。

mini2440肯定可以从NAND启动，问题是openjtag光盘里的uboot支持从1G的NAND Flash启动吗？

哭了 !还是不行~nand原理不是很懂看来要试很久了

有朋友成功1G nand的版本吗??(u-boot-2010.03-tekkaman)

我是用openJtag直接把u-boot下载到0x33f80000去执行u-boot
